My spouse and I rented our beautiful home from Shona for 2.5 years. If you are lucky enough to be a tenant of hers, you are in great hands. She takes her responsibilities as a custodian of your safety, comfort, and security more serious than any other landlord I’ve ever had.

Two examples:

We were the first people EVER to live in this custom-designed home. The architect built a beautiful place, but in the first few months, we discovered multiple issues that required attention.

– Water in the upstairs toilet tank was connect to the HOT water system. Fixing that required burrowing down three stories to the hot water tank, and patching everything up again. The work was done fast and well, and everything stayed clean. – We loved the exposed ductwork and bare slats in the ceiling downstairs. But dust and particles of strange sorts constantly were making small piles downstairs, and it was discovered the builder laid the upstairs carpet directly on the wood slats, and every step on the upstairs floor sent a cloud of crud drifting the from the ceiling downstairs.

Shona moved us into an AirBnB. She hired movers to disassemble and carry all our upstairs possessions downstairs while the floor was repaired. Hired the movers AGAIN to replace and restore our furnishings. And gave us a bag of chocolate truffles as well.
